Each rental requires a signed rental contract.

A $200 damage deposit is required for all rentals to cover the cost of any extra cleaning or facility repairs.

All rentals using the BOAA kitchen MUST receive training from BOAA staff member in regards to proper operation of all equipment.

Update: Venue is available but Jim and Dean determined that improvements to the room were not sufficient to remove the echo we encountered last year. Not a consideration for us this year.
