== Members at Large ==

Members at Large have no specific constitutional duties. They are expected to carry out, and in the relevant cases be responsible for, all general membership tasks, as well as all assigned tasks.

A Members at Large is elected for a one year term at Conventions and Annual General Meetings, and may be a candidate for appointment as an Officer in the event of a vacancy. 

''A member may be elected to this position because of a special skill or expertise that may greatly increase the effectiveness of the Executive Committee in meeting it's goals. This is expected to be an entry level position on the Executive which will prepare the member for future responsibilities within the Executive Committee.
