== Taking the lessons ==

# At the bottom of the page is a "SPEED" button.  You can choose to watch/listen at 1.5 or 2 times normal speed if you wish.  
# You can continue with additional lessons until you need a break.
# If you close your browser or go to another web site, you can simply return to the same web site and it will "Resume" where you left off.  
# The left side of the screen is a 'navigation' aid that allows you to repeat an earlier lesson or skip to a lesson further down.  
# The application will keep track of which videos you have watched. If you are interrupted and stop a video part way through and close the window/page, the lesson will begin from the start of that video the next time you "resume" the course.
