I agree with the wiki changes and Yahoo groups changes. As for Facebook page and group, it may be time to consider a separate "social networking" role for someone, possibly a former exec. member. Assuming Facebook/Twitter/blogging/media releases etc. become more important in the future, our ability as a party to respond to current events with appropriate speed and commentary takes on greater significance. Take for example the Facebook page, we have ignored it for much of its two year history. I repurposed it in Sept./Oct. of 2012, and if the Facebook stats are to be believed it seems to make a difference in attracting new people - friends of friends - so it is a very inexpensive way of advertising and outreach, but it requires time and effort.--[[User:Allen Small|Allen Small]] 11:13, 7 November 2012 (EST)

I think he means that if one Executive Administrator of either the Yahoo Group, the Facebook Group, the Facebook Page or the Wiki Group vacates their respective position (for whatever reason) must be official demoted from administrative authority by "Whoever" is another Executive Administrator remaining in such Groups. A replacement Executive Administrator should be consented to or appointed as soon as possible to maintain Executive Administratorship over said group. [http://www.evite.com/ Evite] is used to remind members of the Executive Committee of the next meeting.  The Party Constitution assigns the Recording Secretary responsibility for notifying all eligible attendees of the time and place of meetings of the Party and the Executive Committee.  Bylaws Article 6, Section 2 states, "Unless unanimously waived, a written notice of the time, place, and nature of all meetings shall be mailed to each member of the Executive Committee no less than 14 days prior to said meetings." If all of the Executives use email, notification by email (e.g. Evite) should meet this requirement.  

An additional benefit of Evite is that invitees can RSVP and Evite keeps track of their replies. 

The following should be on the list of invitees: 
#All current members of the Executive Committee; 
#Anyone member who asks: 
#After each AGM or Convention, anyone who is not a member of the Executive Committee must confirm that they wish to remain on the list of invitees.
