Framework
The site is organized into 5 stacks of content related pages.
- Not In Workflow - This is where any page begins. Newly created, possibly duplicated, single person contributions. Valuable content, but may or may not need to go through the workflow.
- Documents in Preparation - Any newly created page can be moved into preperation. This should only be done for pages which are going to be static in nature
- Documents in Approval
- Documents in Verification
- Finalized documents

Users
The site is run by 5 different types of users.
- Anonymous/Newly Created Accounts
- Preparers
- Approvers
- Verifiers
- Admin
Document States
There are 6 discreet states a document can be in. Documents change states, by simply editing the tag Eg. {{InPreperation}} to something like {{NominatedForApproval}}. The List of states is below.
