1. Prepare list of reliable volunteers [2 Months + June 17] (Jeff to compile, exec to provide info, Allen to reach out/confirm?)
2. Quantify Available Resources [2 week & simultaneous with volunteer] (Jeff)
3. Create Draft of the Campaign Plan [2 days + wait for info from June 17] [(Jeff, based on last campaign's material)

• Create list of major milestones
  • Assign dates:some will be absolute, some will be relative to an assumption about the next election
• Resource load the plan using a fixed-task & flexible-task approach (Jeff)

1. Review Draft with Leader & Deputy Leader [5 days] (Jeff, Allen, Paolo & Any exec's who volunteer)
2. Incorporate Comments, schedule second review [1 day] (if warranted)
3. Executive for Review [5 days] (Jeff to release, Exec to review)
4. Incorporate Comments [1 day](Jeff)
5. Publish Plan for final Executive Review - July 22(Jeff to release)
