Turnover to Shadow Cabinet
It's great we officially have a small shadow cabinet. However, their appointment is productively untimely. Their appointment perhaps should have been 6 months AGO or 2 months FROM now.
I propose ONE of the two paths forward.
1. Stay the course. New ministers are invited to chime in and their input is considered with a degree of priority, but Allen and Jeff finish, then approve a final EXTERNAL version of the document. Then, the ministers are assigned to write & improve the INTERNAL version of our their respective plank. That is, mainly the guidance for candidates and additional supporting facts, definitions, etc.
2. ;;Invite the Ministers to "take-over" each plank and the work spent to date. I don't like this idea, because we'll end up with a final product that will look like it was written by 20 different people. We'll have different writing styles, and approaches, some people ramble, others don't. I predict this option taking longer, and more resources.
