27/11/2011 - Lots of Updates

1. Changed the layout of the Nav Menu for the sidebar, based on Phil's suggestion.
2. Regorganized the Meeting Minutes
3. Fixed watched/unwatched issue, mentioned by Matt B. hat-tip to John Duhart for helping me out.
4. Other Minor tweaks.

12/11/2011 - Preparers can't Upload, Rich Text, Polls

1. We need the ability to work with Office files.  Office files run code when they are executed.  They are a security risk.  The MembersOfTheExec, Approvers and Verifiers have the ability to upload, but preparers don't.  This can be changed, on a user by user basis.
2. A rich text-editor has been added. There are some Notes on the Rich-Text Editor

11/11/2011 - Exec Member Permissions Created

1. "MemberOfTheExec" permissions have been assigned.
2. The OLP-Exec Section has been changed to "Party Business", on the NAV menu. The pages linked to from this section, will only be allowed to be edited by the executive. The pages should be kept in the "Executive" namespace of the wiki, by keeping "Exec:" in front of the pages.

24/10/2011 - The Chosen Few

1. The people who will get to be an approver and verifier will be chosen by consensus of the OLP-exec ASAP. November 5th, will see some progress on this. Right now, a few users are helping me test certain parts of the customization I had to do. They are helping me, by me giving them arbitrary permissions. If you'd like to help test, let me know. I suggest everybody get comfortable, with the basic wiki syntax.
