2012 Candidate Training

Approach

• Jeff & Paolo we're discussing planning two, in person training sessions, sometime for the end of August. The plan is to advertise for them, far in advance, then make the first one a huge success. Advertise the second one, simultaneously, and make it look like they will build on each. Surprise everybody, after the second one is over, that the first one isn't mandatory.
• Film the instructional portion (Jeff has HD Video camera, with tripod), put online, for future reference.
