Add Rob Brooks to Election Committee

The election committee was chosen by the new executive. This committee initially included:
- Jeffrey McLarty
- Allen Small
- Paolo Frabrizio
The scope for the committe was to operate efficiently with respect to planning and executing the election campaign. A designated swat team to make executive calls.
Keeping the committee to three, allows for more progress, less debate. The major trade off is representation and potential ball dropping.
Proposal[edit]
Jeff McLarty assumed additions to the committee would need to be brough to the current executive. He invited Rob Brooks to join the committee, subject to a motion of the exec. To date, Paolo supported Jeff's recommendation. However, this was before Jeff could explain the full proposal. Rob Brooks has neither accepted nor declined to date.
The idea is to invite Rob Brooks onto the committee as a non-voting advisor. This will allow the committee to continue to solve "stale-mates" with a "2 against 1 approach". The party would have the advantage of Rob brooks's experience, without mandating that FOUR people would be required for quorum of the sub committee. I can't stress how much more inefficiencies are introduced when 3 votes are needed for progress, rather than 2. With two people, a decision can be made in real-time. This is critical. It will also allow Jeff, Allen and Paolo to evaluate Rob Brook's strengths and weaknesses prior to accepting possible risks associated with bringing them up to speed on all current initiatives.
