Conference calls with UberConference
The Party uses Uberconference and Fongo for Executive and other meetings. It is a convenient way to allow people from anywhere in the province to meet without travelling. The date and time of the conference call will be arranged in advance, usually by email.
You may use your landline, cell phone, Google Chrome with Voice, or Skype to join the conference. It helps to have a Gmail account.
The easiest way to connect is to use the Chrome web browser and link to www.uberconference.com/libertarian. You can sign in with your Google+, Facebook, or LinkedIn ID, or create your own sign-in, or skip the signing altogether and connect.
If you don't have Chrome, you can connect by phone calling the Uber Conference number in Toronto. Call 647-694-4842, then dial: 1585 512 8134#
You may then connect to www.uberconference.com/libertarian to see who else is on the call. The person speaking will have a blue border around their picture. As above, you can log in, but it isn't necessary.
If you live outside the GTA and don't have a long distance plan and can't use Skype or Google Voice, call the Fongo number in your area
