Advertise two dates:

1. Technology trial on May 19th for 1/2 an hour.
2. Caucus Meeting on May 26th for 2 hours.

Cost

1. Option 1 - Free, Ad supported
2. Option 2 - $99USD / Month + $0.50 for each viewer-hour.

Agenda Back-bone

1. Present the minutia of the platform.
2. Explain Points of Contact for assigned duties.

Risks

1. Users on low-bandwidth can't attend, unless they drive somewhere where they can.
2. Technology can fail during actual event.
   1. Eg. Bandwidth.
   2. Eg. Camera/Computer Equipment.
