1. Jim (James) McIntosh was the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer for the Ontario Libertarian Party since 1993. He was replaced as Treasurer by GJ Hagenaars at November 2017 Convention.
2. During this time, Jim continued to perform the duties of the CFO. GJ signed any documents required by Elections Ontario for 2018 (e.g. the AR-10). GJ Hagenaars resigned at the 2018 AGM and was replaced by Pieter Liem who resigned in March 2019.
3. At the March meeting the Executive Committee appointed Keith Komar as Treasurer, although Jim continued to prepare the Treasurer's reports For the Executive Meetings until July.
4. At the November 2019 Convention Keith was elected Leader and Andrew Allison was elected Treasurer, however Keith never turned over the Party finances to Andrew.
5. Andrew resigned at the March 1, 2021 meeting. It was discovered that Keith had been transferring funds to his personal account.
6. At the April 5, 2021 Meeting Jim was appointed Treasurer. Several executives resigned.
7. At the October 2021 Convention Jim agreed to continue as Treasurer until the end of the year. He continued as "Interim CFO."
8. At the October 2023 AGM Jim agreed to make his position "official" and was elected as Treasurer.
