Vice Chair Job Description

The Vice Chair is a member of the executive committee, designated as the immediate subordinate to the chairman and serves as such in the chairman's absence.

The Vice Chair shall familiarize themself with the duties of the chairman and assist where possible and necessary, so as to prepare themself to fill in when needed.
