=Pre-Meeting Preparations=

An invoice for space rental for the Ontario Libertarian Party for Sunday November 2, 2014 in which payment is due by September 22, 2014. Jim mailed credit card authorization on September 15 and the Room reservation has been [[Media:Room Confirmation.pdf|confirmed]]. *Jean-Serge will chair the meeting. (George Dance withdrew.) 
*Phillip - Set up page on web site for Convention Registration. DONE
*Jim - Wrote notice included in fall ''Bulletin'' (including date, fees, Agenda, Ammendments, Executive position descriptions, appeal for Executive committee candidates.)
*Jim - Print Ballots, provide copy/file with ammendments for Phillip to print & inlude in Delegate Packages. 
*Phillip - Registration package/handout for delegates; name tags, Agenda, Ammendments, sample(s) of possible new colours & logo, voting ballets (supplied by Jim) and give aways<br />

* Phillip (Allen?) to ask Paolo to provide pastries.  Paolo is not planning to attend (Teresa's Birthday). 
* Ron White to order 'catered' lunch from Loblaw in Mississauga, and pick it up Sunday morning. (Loblaw open 24 hours.)  Quantities to be decided 1 week before Convention based on number of registered attendees. 
* Allen (or designate) to bring coffee, donuts, case of water, soft drinks.

Follow up meeting Sept 25, Oct 15 8:00 PM to review progress.  A few people have registered online already. 
Several members were identified as possible Officers on the Executive and Phillip, Allen and Jim will each call 4-6 members and persuade them to put their names forward (see below). Agreed to include ballots in handout folders for voting Memebers, to save time during elections.
