Rob cited why he provides labour.  I found that insightful.  Here's why I do it.

But, on the 19th of March, I lost 4 hours sleep worried about our party.  That's the third time, I tossed and turned about problems our party has, and lost sleep over it.  The costs are increasing for me, without the benefits increasing.  So, when that happens, that's when I dissappear.
