An invoice for space rental for the Ontario Libertarian Party for Sunday November 2, 2014 in which payment is due by September 22, 2014. Quantities to be decided 1 week before Convention based on number of registered attendees. * Allen (or designate) to bring coffee, donuts, case of water, soft drinks. Follow up meeting Sept 25, Oct 15 8:00 PM to review progress. A few people have registered online already. Several members were identified as possible Officers on the Executive and Phillip, Allen and Jim will each call 4-6 members and persuade them to put their names forward (see below).
