Jim agreed to continue as CFO (2) Dean O'Reilly was not elected at the AGM even though his term was up. But it was agreed that he would continue for another term. (3) Jim McIntosh prepared Minutes 10Jan22 - 7Feb22. Margaret Locher identified as Recording Secretary in Attendees at 7Mar22, appointed the following meeting. == 2021 to 2022 == Due to financial irregularities reported by the Party's Auditor to the Executive Committee in January-February 2021, the Leader, Chairman, Treasurer, Secretary and Director of IT resigned their positions. New Positions were filled by existing members of the Executive Committee and filled with new members to Executive Committee. Additionally, Jacques Boudreau was chosen as Deputy Leader at the AGM, not by Caucus or Convention contrary to our Constitution. This renders his election to the position of Deputy Leader null and void. Jacques briefly was voted in as Vice Chair and then as Interim Leader by the Executive Committee. {| class="wikitable" !Position !AGM October 24,2021 !Changes in 2021 !2021 !2022 CONVENTION |- |Leader |Keith Komar |Resigned 01Mar21 |Jacques Boudreau, Interim Leader |Mark Snow |- |Deputy Leader |Jacques Boudreau (E) |AGM vote results INVALID | |Coreen Corcoran |- |Chairman |Matt Dougherty |Resigned - 10Mar21 |Serge Korovitsyn |Serge Korovitsyn |- |Vice-Chairman |Serge Korovitsyn |promoted to Chairman position |Mark Snow, Appointed ?? |Larry Zalmers (Resigned |- |Secretary |Brad Greulich |Resigned - 10Mar21 |Trevor Schleihauf appointed June 7/21 |No Nominations |- |Recording Secretary |Jim McIntosh (E) |Appointed Treasrer |Greg Tarasco, appointed May 3/21 |No Nominations |- |Treasurer |Andrew Allison |Resigned - 01Mar21 |Jim McIntosh, appointed April 5/21 |No Nominations - Jim agreed to continue as CFO |- |Campaign Director |Coreen Corcoran | |Coreen Corcoran |No Nominations |- |Members -at-Large |Ken Lewis Dan Little |Ken Resigned - letter? | Dan Little |Dan Little Dean O'Reilly |- |Ethics Committee (in order of seniority) |Jean-Sege Brisson (2015) Wendy Kadonoff (2016) Allen Small (2018) Mark Wrzesniewski (2019, 13) Peter d'Entremont (2019, 19) Paul Herriot (2019, 21) |Peter D moved to maritimes. |Allen Small (2018) Mark Wrzesniewski (2019, 13) <s>Peter d'Entremont (2019, 19</s>) Paul Herriot (2019, 21) Gerry Bourdeau (2019) Jean-Sege Brisson (2019) |Jim McIntosh (2021) Allen Small (2018) Mark Wrzesniewski (2019, 13) Paul Herriot (2019, 21) Gerry Bourdeau (2019) Jean-Sege Brisson (2019) |} There is no motion to appoint Jacques Boudreau as Interim Leader. Jeff Everingham was asked to perform an Internal audit when Keith Komar resigned . He took control of the Treasurer's records to determine how much Keith owed the Party. When he finished his analysis he turned the records (and the Treasurer's Laptop Keith had purchased) over to Jim McIntosh and submitted his resignation from the Executive Committee on March 29, 2021. == 2019 to 2021 == It is expected that the Executive Committee elected at the November 2, 2019 Convention will prepare and lead the Party through the June 2022 General Election. Consideration should be given to Amending the Constitution by increasing the maximum time between convention to four years (or 50 months, to allow some flexibility) so that the term of the Executive Committee expires shortly after the next General Election. In case a minority government calls an election in less than four years, the Party should hold a Convention a few months after the "unscheduled" election to ensure continuity of leadership through the following General Election. Parts of the 2019 Convention Minutes have been 'vandalized' by Gerry Boudreau. It may be possible to undo his changes. {| class="wikitable" |- !
