New Bank Account and Credit Cards

1. Open a new bank account (Community association?) with 3 Credit Cards. Allen Small has a connection with BNS and recommended them.
2. Decide who gets Credit Cards, and what limits they should have.
3. Transfer pre-authorized monthly charges to the primary credit card
   1. Cell Phone,
   2. PayPal Pro fees
   3. Uber Conference
   4. Callture toll free number and charges
   5. ??
4. Transfer funds from current chequing account at TD to the new account (Cheque?)
5. set up new account on PayPal
6. Give Pieter access to Tangerine Savings account and add new chequing account for transfers.

Transfer Quicken file to Pieter

1. Learn how to transfer file from Quicken to QuickBooks, and do it.

Mailed Donations

1. Decide how to deal with mailed donations
   1. change mailing address to a mail box convenient for Pieter, or
   2. leave as is and have Jim (or a new person) continue to pick up, deposit and record on CRM.
2. if new address, update Web Site, letter head, return envelopes, Bulletin Masthead.

Financial Reporting

1. Monthly summaries and Quarterly Income & Expense YTD comparison.
