The purpose of this page is to identify and report progress on projects or activities that will assist the Party and serve to involve members.

As a new activity or project is identified, copy the following template and fill in a description.

Sample Project[edit]

Replace the heading and provide a brief description, including the expected end project and any special skills that would be useful.

Assigned[edit]

This sub-title should be added when someone has accepted the project. Enter the name(s), start date and expected completion date.

Progress[edit]

Report any updates, problems, knowledge gained, links to source material, etc.

Completed dd-mmm-yy[edit]

Add this subtitle when the project is completed. Provide links and descriptions of any completed items. Provide a summary of the results. If we have a lot of projects, completed items should be moved to the end of the page.

Find a new publisher for Bulletin[edit]

This is the quarterly newsletter of the Party. Standard features include a list of events (Pub Nights, AGM, Convention, BBQ, etc) and the Leader's Report in every issue, and a financial report for the previous year in the spring issue. The Campaign Director will provide frequent reports on plans and progress for the next General Election, as well as results.

Jim McIntosh is the current publisher and will create a Wiki page with details of what is required and how to do it.

Experience with Microsoft Publisher or similar software that provides layout flexibility is useful. The Party will consider paying for the program if required. Jim will provide training.

Add Minutes from Yahoo Groups to Meeting Minutes[edit]

The Party's Yahoo Group page has the minutes from 2004 to 2011. Jeffrey McLarty has already transferred minutes for 2007 to 2010 and a few from 2011. The remaining minutes should be transferred to the Wiki.

A follow-on project is to scan (and OCR?) minutes from prior years from paper. The Recording Secretary (John White in 2017) has the Party's Minutes Book.

Add Past Executive Committees to the Key People Wiki Page[edit]

This page currently shows the Executive Committees from 1996 to the present. Before that, Bulletin reported results of Conventions. The Minutes book also has Minutes from Conventions, and from AGMs when replacement members may be elected.
